The Slider contained two UK Number 1 hit singles, Telegram Sam and Metal Guru the latter famously regarded by Morrissey as pop perfection. LP1 is the classic album and the second LP is Rabbit Fighter: The Alternate Slider. Rabbit Fighter is an alternate version of the original album made up of alternate takes, demos and b-sides.
