Mega Rare LP of Michel Legrand - Legrand Jazz (Columbia CL-1250 - mono) Original 6-Eye White label radio station edition with deep groove rings on both sides - NOT a current re-issue! Early foray into jazz by composer/arranger Legrand. This incredible sessions features not only Miles Davis, but John Coltrane, Bill Evans, Paul Chambers, Eddie Costa, Ben Webster, Donald Byrd, Phil Woods, Seldon Powell, and many, many other major jazz stars in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG++ condition with a few marks and with most if not all of the original shine - not for quite the audiophile, but still in really nice shape - still, you may hear a bit of noise. The cover is in VG+ condition with light age/shelf wear and writing (big) on the back liner. NO splits, NO tape, NO stickers, NO stamps Not quite perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore?
