The company I use to ship is a bit of a drive and are closed on weekends so I will be shipping usually twice a week. Most weeks it will be on Monday and Thursday.
Shipping within Canada is $11 and that comes with a tracking number and usually arrives within 2 weeks
Shipping to the US is $8 and that includes tracking by media mail. Usually arrives in 2-3 weeks.
Shipping to the UK is now $16 and that includes tracking.
Shipping to France and Germany are now $20 with tracking.
Australia is $24 with tracking. 
Due to too many problems with your postal service in the past, I am no longer able to ship to Brazil.
