SHIPPING

Sundaythe14th uses both USPS First-Class and UPS Mail Innovations for processing shipments.  By default, we ship via USPS.  For heavier or larger orders, we will use, in order of weight, USPS Priority where possible and then ultimately UPS Ground. The buyer will be provided with a Tracking # and a courtesy email when the Tracking # is uploaded. Sundaythe14th will combine shipping.  In the event you are the winner of multiple auctions, please wait for us to send you an invoice with an updated shipping quote. Sundaythe14th is a new seller.  We take pride in our shipping quality.  All items will be securely shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes or bubble mailers, wrapped in shrinkwrap or bubble wrap where applicable, followed by packing peanuts and shipping bubbles to prevent any moving or damaging of the items.  All items are inspected 100% before they are packed and shipped. PAYMENT

All payments must be made via paypal within 48 hours of auction end.  If payment isn’t made within 48 hours, we will send a reminder email.  Please do us the courtesy of responding to the email to let us know if you will be paying or not.  This way, we can make arrangements to offer the item to the next buyer in line. Returns - If you have a problem with your purchase, do not return negative feedback.  Instead, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive the item and we will work out a resolution that is agreeable to both parties.  We must receive the return item within 10 days from the day return instruction is provided by our customer service representative. Sales Tax - For shipments to New York addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.875% Sales Tax.
