Mega Rare LP of Shelly Manne & His Men at the Blackhawk Vol 1 (Contemporary S7577 - stereo) Original black labels with deep groove on both sides. Volume one of Manne's legendary 1950s series of LPs features Joe Gordon, Richie Kamuca and others in an acknowleded classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG+/VG++ condition with minimal marks and with much if not most (or all) of the original shine - not quite for audiophile, but still in really good condition. The cover is in VG+ condition with a bit of general age/shelf wear, but NO tape, NO splits, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. Not quite perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore at any price?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
Shipping discounts available for multiple items sent together to any country.
Mailing costs have gone up. Postal rates have increased dramatically, the cost of record mailers has increased and e-bay now charges a fee for mailing - in addition to Paypal’s fees on mailing payments. I have done what I can to keep mailing costs down, but I have no control over these increases.
