RETURNS:
Returns accepted within 30 days, with return shipping costs non-refundable. Certain items are excluded from our returns policy. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights and include but not limited to mattresses, duvets and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened, tolietries and beauty products if the seals have been broken, swimwear if the protective gusset strip has been removed. Underwear and earrings, perishable food items are also excluded from return. Games and media items must be returned unopened. 
All returned items must be unused, in orginal packaging and in a resaleable condition. We use ebays managed returns process to make returning easy and straightforward.
