Cover has a few flaws, see pics, sleeve has come away in a couple of places but can simply be reglued so not a major issue. Vinyl is unplayed but does have a slight pressure warp which causes the record to lift a couple of mm when rotating on one side, doesn't do it when record flipped over. There are no inserts with this record but it does come with an original horror business promo flyer. The original cover for this single wasn't liked by the band so they cut them up and used the front covers as giveaways at gigs, very rare and mint
