Isao Tomita - The Planets (Rare 1977 Japanese issue 7-track vinyl LP on RCA Red Seal label, originally withdrawn after an injunction from the Holst family, a fantastic reworking of Holst's classic seven movement suite undertaken by the Japanese electro-legend, with picture sleeve, a one paged insert and extra wide discography obi strip, RVC-2111).#6

Description

Record -- EX+ : This vinyl still has a nice glassy sheen to it; it has 2/3 light marks, but no serious scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card back pasted cover. This has no splits, tears or seams coming undone, but has a light crinkle at the top of the spine (see picture below) and the minimal shelf wear. The back has a track listing on in English.



Obi Strip -- EX+ : The original obi strip. This has no rips, tears, splits or seams coming undone, but has some marks on the rear. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long, this has a track listing on in English and Japanese, some information on in Japanese, and the component equipment list used by Tomita to make this LP on in English. This has no rips, tears or creases, but has yellowed through age and humidity.

Description

Record -- EX++ : This vinyl still has a wonderful glassy shine about it; side 1 has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks, but side two has two light hairlines, and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card pasted cover. This has no splits, rips or seams coming undone, it has minimal shelf wear, mainly on the bottom edge. The back has a track listing on in English.

Obi Strip -- EX++ : The original obi strip, this has no rips, tears or seams coming undone, just a minor nick on the left bottom edge. All information on here is in Japanese.

Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long. This has is an equipment list in English, some information in Japanese and a track listing in Japanese and English. This has no rips, tears or creases but has some marks of humidity about it.

Description

Record -- Mint- : This vinyl still has a nice glassy sheen to it; it has no visible scratches, scuffs or marks and sounds absolutely wonderful when played.

Cover -- EX+ : The original heavy card back pasted cover. This has no splits, tears or seams coming undone, but has a light dink to the bottom of the spine and slight ring wear. The back has a track listing, discography and information on in English.

Obi Strip -- EX : The original obi strip. This has a 9mm tear on the front right top side (see picture below) and a 3mm nick at the bottom and some light marks on the rear, there are no other rips, tears, splits or seams coming undone. All information on here is in Japanese.



  Insert -- 1 Insert : The original insert which is 1 page 2 sides long, this has a track listing and some information on in Japanese. This has no rips, tears or creases, but has yellowed slightly through age and humidity.
