Record Grading System

Most items under £15 are visually graded over this value they will also be play graded. A more detailed description and additional phtographs are used with Rare/expensive  Albums.

As with most others I use the following guidelines

MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, possibly with light surface marks but there will be very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. 

GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

Bulk Postage

I will discount postage for bulk purchases - see below. All Records are sent out in custom-made in custom sized cardboard envelopes with a card insert.

Please note my aim is to get the Record to you quickly in and in good condition and my postage costs only reflect the cost of packing materials and the couriers charges.

I will only send signed for and tracked to protect you as well as me. In the UK I will use Hermes as my preferred courier. If you wish to purchase more than one item please wait until all items have been bought (auction ended) and then contact me and I will amend postage to account for a combined parcel.

More than happy to sell in Europe,Australia and North America  but please contact me for postal rates before bidding, thank you.

PLEASE NOTE - The only payment method I will accept for buyers from outside of the UK is Paypal.

FEEDBACK - I will normally leave feedback for you after you have left feedback for me. I need to know that the transaction has been completed successfully and to your satisfaction before leaving feedback.

REFUND TERMS.

My intention is that you have a smooth easy transaction and are happy with your purchase. Should you have any issues please contact me via EBay messaging as soon as possible after you have received the item.

I will expect you to contact me within 2 days of receiving the item and in most cases will require details of the fault and photos of the item/packing etc.

I may require you to return the item in the original packaging so please don't throw it out if you have any issues at the time of delivery.

All items are sent tracked and signed for and so please contact me if your album doesn't arrive and I can pursue this with the courier.

Having had the discussion seen the evidence and or spoken to the courier I will refund your original payment plus postage via PayPal.
