This is a copy of the LP Judgment by Andrew Hill, first pressing mono US issue from 1964 on Blue Note BLP 4159.
The etched matrices are BNLP - 4159 A and BNLP - 4159 B with VAN GELDER stamped into both sides and an "ear" or P symbol etched into both sides. The P denotes Plastilite.
The vinyl is in Excellent condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are clean with no stains, spindle lines, writing, stickers or scuffs.The cover is in Very Good Plus condition. There are no stickers, tape, ring wear, tears or splits. There is a little rubbing to the top and bottom edges, a tiny sticker with a number on the front (in the top right-hand corner), a small name written on the back (in the top[ right hand corner) and a tiny scuff at each corner. The spine is perfectly readable and the cardboard feels crisp and solid. The address of Blue Note is written as 43 West 61st St., New York 23
The original 25 years Blue Note 1939 - 1964, paper inner sleeve has a few tiny tears to the opening edges.
The clear plastic inner sleeve has some creasing and wrinkling.
