Recorded by Camille Cook who also edited the record with Sally Malkasian. The edition is less than or about 500. This is truly to sit at the feet of this master and listen to his free and spontaneous thoughts. Geodesic Dome.
Gatefold cover. One label side refers to JAMAR RECORDS perhaps indicating that this was manufactured by JAMAR RECORDS for the Society Of Typographic Arts. Nowhere on the jacket is JAMAR mentioned.
