Synopsis:   "There was once a speedy little taxi that always wanted to be first.  It was yellow and it liked to go fast."  It also ignored the traffic rules and got lots of tickets from the policeman.  The taxi's owner tried painting it green, then blue, to see if that would slow it down - but it still managed to even beat the fire trucks to fires.  So the taxi's owner sold him to the Fire Chief, and now the speedy taxi is painted a bright fire engine red.
