Thanks for viewing my sale for THE BEATLES COLLECTION BC-13, the original serial numbered, limited edition Blue Box set issued by Capitol Records in the United States in November 1978. Included are the original 12 Capitol/Apple catalog LPs + the Rarities album that was compiled specifically for this set. Although this was issued for the US market, all albums were the original British release, in stereo. 
CONDITION: EXCEPT FOR ABBY ROAD, all LPs are sealed in the original manufacturer’s shrink-wrap not including Rarities, which was originally shipped in a navy blue innersleeve only. Abby Road was removed from the set when first received in 1978 to test sonic quality against previous pressings and then put back into the box not to be played again. It is presumed that all albums are MINT (Abby Road M-) and all specific inserts for particular albums are included. The blue box is covered in what may be described as imitation leather-like paper, but looking appropriately more like TOLEX, the typical British guitar amplifier covering, which itself shows one small tear (see photo) and some color fade to one side.
