Policies:  For items that we have listed wrong.  Buyer will not be out shipping costs, or restocking fees. Once we get the item back, we inspect it to determine the problem. We keep track of serial numbers for recording purposes. For Items that are no longer needed / wanted, accidental orders, wrong shipping addresses. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs, as well as a 20% restocking fee. If you buy an item that is local pick up only, and we have to cancel, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.


Shipping: We use USPS / UPS depending on the package dimension, and the location the item will be shipped to. If you need a certain shipping service, please contact us for a quote. 
We only ship within the U.S.A excluding PR. Hawaii, and Alaska.  Sometimes we can ship out side of the U.S, so if you are needing a quote, please send us a message.
