Pre-owned copy of Janet Jackson's "The Velvet Rope" - original/OOP 2xLP in VG+/VG+
Records have been cleaned on Okki Nokki record cleaning machine and stored in poly bags for best playback. It's been a while since I've given this album a full spin, but I spot played it for grading purposes. Sound is clean during louder passages (most of the album). During interludes is only where surface noise becomes noticeable and not in a distracting way, from what I heard. Visually records look good with only minor surface marks, warranting a STRONG VG+ media grade.
Jacket is in very good condition. Minimal shelf wear on spine and edges. It has been stored in an outer sleeve and has not been often played, so not a lot of on and off the shelf, handling, etc. No seam splits and I will ship with records removed from jacket to maintain that. The only hits are on the inner printed sleeves. There is one seam split on each of them - both about 2" in length and one sleeve has the glue coming undone (see image - but this can be easily sorted out if you wish to glue it). Overall VG+ with a strong outer jacket.
As I said, records will be shipped removed from jacket to keep everything looking good. As well, the shipping package will be outfitted with corner bump protectors in case the USPS gets froggy with your package. Ribbit ribbit! Speaking of USPS, shipping will be insured.
