Label: Blue Note 4091. Mono, New York USA labels

Deadwax: Side A:  BN-LP-4091-A, RVG, Ear Side B:  BN-LP-4091-B, RVG, Ear
LP Condition:  VG+ Has one small but visible scuff side A that does not effect play, and a few scattered faint marks.  Plays beautifully
Cover Condition: Strong VG+ bordering on EX excellent, corners are slightly dinged and there is some slight discoloration to back cover,  otherwise very nice condition!
