MARVIN GAYE THAT STUBBORN KINDA FELLOW
LABEL: Tamla TM 239 (RIGHT SIDE LABEL: H 1215/1216, NO8P 7468/7469) FORMAT: LP, Vinyl, Album
Vinyl Grade: EXCELLENT- Cover Grade: EXCELLENT-
PLAY GRADED: Excellent-. There is light noise between tracks and at the beginning and end of each side that is not audible during the music. There are no pops or repeating tics anywhere on the vinyl. The tracks play near dead quiet with very little lessening in sound quality.
COMMENTS: See photos for track listing and grading details. The full gloss vinyl has a few light, visible scuffs. There is nothing that can be felt. The labels show a few spindle marks but the spindle hole shows no wear. This record has only had light play. The cover has some moderate rub along the bottom seam and right corner. The front cover has a bit of light rub. The back cover has some discoloration along the edges. There are no creases or major defects. The generic inner sleeve is fully intact.
GRADING GUIDELINE
MINT (M): The record is in brand new condition and looks perfect with no surface marks of any kind. The record has likely never been played. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are also in perfect condition.
MINT MINUS (MT-): The record looks mint but bright light reveals faint marks left from decades of contact with the inner sleeve. These types of marks do not affect playback. The record may be never played. The cover may have a very small amount of storage wear.
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have light wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality. Noticeable surface marks are present and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover without any major defects.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing on the edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
I AM IN THE PROCESS OF LIQUIDATING MY COLLECTION OF THOUSANDS OF LP'S, CD'S AUTOGRAPHS AND OTHER MUSIC MEMORABILIA THAT WAS ACCUMULATED OVER DECADES OF BEING IN THE RETAIL MUSIC BUSINESS. NEARLY ALL OF THE LP'S AND CD'S WERE IMMEDIATELY PUT IN STORAGE AND HAVE NEVER BEEN PLAYED. ALL ARE GUARANTEED TO BE ORIGINAL PRESSINGS.
PROMOTIONAL LP'S: LP's marked as promotional almost always came from first pressings. Promo labels, cover drills, corner cuts, notches and gold stamps were a common way for record labels to mark and identify non-returnable copies given to retail and/or radio stations. The covers may be marked but the vinyl inside may be the best you can find if in high grade.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING: FAST SHIPMENTS GUARANTEED. Shipments are processed the same or next business day after payment. Only the highest quality box and packing materials are used for PROPER PACKAGING to assure your LP arrives safely. If the album is unsealed the LP will always be shipped outside of its cover to prevent cover damage. For purchases over $15 a new inner sleeve is used to protect the original custom sleeve. Both cover and LP are placed in a thick heavy-duty poly outer sleeve.
COMBINED SHIPPING FOR USPS MEDIA MAIL: $4.67 FOR THE FIRST LP + $1.00 EACH ADDITIONAL LP.
