This is an official album, not a bootleg. On the back is printed: CBS Inc., 1982. The tracks are:

Condition:

The record and the cover are all in excellent condition. The cover has minor shelf wear: the corners are a bit bumped, and you can see a faint outline of the record on top, where it put pressure on the cover from inside. The colors are bright, not the least bit faded. The record itself looks excellent, with a few minor surface scratches. These are the type that can only be seen under the light if you are looking for them, and they do not affect playback. I have play-tested the entire album with no skipping or other issues.
