MINT (M)

The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The sleeve and any extra items are in perfect condition. 

EXCELLENT (EX) 

The record shows signs of having been played but there is negligible loss in sound quality. The sleeve may have slight wear or creasing. 

VERY GOOD (VG) 

The record has been played many times but shows no significant deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks. Sleeve has normal wear and tear without any major defects. 

GOOD (G) 

The record has been played enough that the sound quality has deteriorated noticeably and may have pops and skips. The sleeve may suffer from scuffs, spine splits, ring wear and/or discolouration.

CONDITION: This item is in excellent or mint condition unless stated above.

A very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Defects should be more of a cosmetic nature, not effecting the actual playback as a whole. LP looks and sounds great, Cover in shrink, sleeve in good shape VG: Very good plus, with a few flaws, possibly a light mark, scratch or loss of original luster.  Note:  It is possible for imperfections to exist in the vinyl that are not visible to the naked eye.
