You are looking at a Rare 5 Seconds of Summer Record Store Day Picture Disc! I bought this personally at a Nashville Record Store. Record itself is in very good condition, it was played one time upon purchase. However, the clear sleeve is showing some signs of age, which is mainly creasing but that's rather normal. It's been sitting on my shelf for years and I think it's time to let it go.
