Donna Summer I Feel Love 12 single mega edit (Remixed by Patrick Cowley)

There are light scuff marks to the edges of the sleeve and also slight fading to the larger text (Please see photos) 
The vinyl itself seems to be playing fine with one or two light crackles nothing to be alarmed about. 
The surface of the vinyl looks to be in good condition, but could do with a proper clean. I've only just tried to remove any dust as I don't have the right equipment to clean the surface with.
