All items are brand new and factory sealed. 

All orders will ship on day of sale if purchased before 2pm. Orders after this time will ship next day. If item is bought on a Friday after 2pm it will ship on the Monday.

Weekend orders will ship Monday.

SHIPPING TIMES

UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail within 1-2 working days of the shipping date.

EU orders will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days of shipping date - all depends on local postage speeds once order has been shipped with Royal Mail.

Rest of World orders will take around 5 to 20 working days - depending on local shipping times.

Returns

Please contact us if you have any issues with your items.  We accept return requests for items 30 days after the items delivery date.  Please message us via eBay and be as specific as possible about the issue and we will do our best to solve any problems.

DELIVERIES

We always attempt to despatch items no later than two working days after payment is received. In our experience once we have passed packages onto the Royal Mail for delivery First Class mail can take up to 2 working days to arrive and second class often takes 3 - 5 days. If you live in the U.K. and your item has not arrived 10 working days after the date of this despatch email then please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent.

If you live outside of the UK please allow 28 working days for your item to arrive before requesting a replacement. Please remember that Royal Mail only collect on normal working days so if you place an order at the weekend or near a bank holiday period please allow a few extra days for despatch and delivery.

DAMAGED ITEMS It your item is faulty or has become damaged in the post please email us for details of how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
