New / sealed Panic! at the Disco - Too Weird to Live, Too Rare to Die! Splatter Vinyl LP. Sleeve is near mint with sharp corners, and no seam splits. Vinyl is presumed mint. Purchsed from Hot Topic when it came out and never got around to opening it. Be sure to check photos.
