This record cover grades Excellent only because there’s a hole punch and name written on the rear panel  and two small corner bumps.... don’t let that turn you off from this incredible copy that has been incredibly  well cared for all these years (see scans).
Comes with the original beautiful fold out insert ,which is in Near Mint condition (see scans).
