Vinyl is nice, cover has issues

Excellent (sounds great)

Record has a few  light marks but is clean and shiny. Cleaned on ultrasonic cleaner for maximum audio clarity on playback. Quick test play and sounded great with clear and loud audio playback. Plays excellent

COVER

The cover is in poor condition, although still presentable the bottom right corner has partially rotted and the laminate has lifted/gone on the rear, believe it got wet and rotted a bit, it is also split on the spine from the top down towards the middle.
