The outer sleeve has a fair amount of edge wear, but is otherwise in good condition. The 2 vinyl records are in very good condition, with only a minor marks. Side 4 has the most visible mark, but the areas were play tested without skipping. See photos for more details, and please ask questions B4 buying.
