For bid today - Rare - Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers "Indestructible" Original mono 1965 Blue Note BLP 4193 "Van Gelder" stamp in dead wax.
This is an obvious library copy judging by the stickers present on the jacket and label. I will start by saying this is not a perfect record....but it is an original press......and it is a great player from start to finish! I cleaned it on my nitty gritty and it sounds awesome with very little noise at all. If you are looking for an original great sounding record to add to your collection, this should make you very happy. If you are looking for a flawless copy, this is not it.
Sleeve is VG with corner and edge wear and a few seam splits.....but it is intact. Vinyl is VG+ with nice sheen and just a few sleeve marks.....see note above on playability. Send a note with any questions.
