Media = EX. Clean, shiny, and glossy. A few sleeve scuff/press marks from storage keep me from grading this NM. A really nice, above average play copy that's ready to be spun, and enjoyed. The albums themselves are MUCH, MUCH nicer than the sleeve. 

Sleeve = G. As you can see this sleeve has some problems. Sleeve has water damage on the front cover, but thankfully more so on the back of the sleeve. The original insert has been taped to the front of the sleeve, and still presents well. There is some spine damage, and a two inch split at the top right hand corner, as well. Again, the records themselves are WAAAAAY nicer than the sleeve. Please scope out the pics.
