Mega Rare LP of Herbie Hancock - Empyrean Isles (Blue Note 84175 - stereo)  1970s blue label edition with Van Gelder stamp on both sides - NOT a current re-issue!  One of Hancock's best Blue Note LPs also features Freddie Hubbard, Ron Carter and Anthony (Tony) Williams in an acknowledged Blue Note classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.

The LP is in strong VG+ condition with a few light marks and with much if not most of the original shine - not for the audiophile, but still really really nice after some forty-five years.  The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear and a cut corner (upper right), but NO splits, NO tape, NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps.  A solid copy of a rare classic!
