Artist: Led Zeppelin

 Title: 1V (Four)

Details: - This is part of my Personal Collection which I have spent many years acquiring and I am gradually selling, I always looked for the best top copies available. This auction is for the Classic `Led Zeppelin` 4 sometimes called `Untitled` or ZOSO. This is the original RARE 1971 UK 1st Issue released on the Purple/Red Atlantic label with cat number 2401012 and in top playing condition!!

These were soon changed to Orange/Green labels with a new cat number K50008 on, as Atlantic teamed up with Kinney Record Group Distribution (you can see their Sticker on the rear of this sleeve added as a temporary measure)  Matrix Side 1 2401012 A3 `Pecko Duck` /Side 2 2401012 B4 ` Porky`

 Label: Atlantic

Catalogue No: 2401012

Year: 1971

Country: UK

Vinyl: (EX++/NM) Amazingl condition, under very Bright Halogen Spotlights I can see just the lightest of sleeve removal marks, plays through superb - these 1st issues sound so good!! Comes with original inner lyric sleeve

Inners: The rough textured inner is the first issue (you can tell this as it has the two fold-overs on the track listing side) The paper is incredibly fragile so the vinyl would mostly knife through the edges, it has done on this inner. However as you can see from the photos it doesn`t have the usual grubby marks and apart from the knifing is in great shape

Sleeve: (EX+) Original Matt finish Gatefold is in top condition with Kinney Sticker on rear, very prone to wear this has no bad edgewear or bad spine wear (please see photos for best & complete overview)

Labels: Original 1st issue Purple/Red Atlantic Labels with 2401012 cat no - No `Visible` Spindle Lines (Looks hardly played)

I use professionally made packers with card stiffeners & record removed from album cover

I use lots of photos to show as accurately as possible what you are getting (also I don`t cut the corners of the record sleeve off the picture!!)

Gradings: I use the standard UK gradings as set out in Record Collector Magazine below:

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

Near Mint,  EX+, VG+ etc are acceptable additions to help `fine tune` descriptions for the buyer
