 Side 1 is in E++ condition Side 2 is in E condition with much dust scuffs and smears 

Cover is in E++ to Nm condition with hole punch upper right and inside cover looks  great  

The spine and both seams look almost NM to me with very little wear and no seam splits

Comes with wrong insert in E++ condition with bottom seam split
