This is a very rare copy of the excellent HAITIAN FOLK SONGS 10" mini-LP sung by LOLITA CUEVAS, arrangement and guitar by FRANTZ CASSEUS on Folkways Records (FW6811) from 1954.  A fantastic folk record from this legendary record label.  The vinyl is in VG+ condition; visibly glossy and quite clean with some light, unobtrusive surface noise.  The cover is in MINT- condition with a small drill-hole through the lower right corner, as pictured.  Includes original printed insert in great shape, as pictured.  Don't pass up a rare gem like this!
