First album by this once-side-project by Talking Heads members Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth (and others), turned more-or-less full time band when David Byrne broke up the Heads in 1991. (You'd be more likely to see anything new from the Tom Tom Club than Talking Heads in the future, unless something really wonky happens.) This album generated a couple of hits - "Wordy Rappinghood", "Genius of Love", but it's still a great album, one of the best of the '80s.
