More classic Peking opera from late 20s. Shang Xiaoyun was another of the four great "dan" performers (men who perform female roles in Chinese opera) along with Mei Lanfang. This piece is "Silang visits his mother."
Condition: V+ (plays strong but with a bumpy warp - played fine with some weight on my machine)
