Toto Cutugno is a beloved not only in his native Italy, but also in the USSR, a singer whose name needs no introduction. This album is nothing more than the Soviet edition of the "L'Italiano" album, released in Italy two years earlier. Although it is formally considered a numbered album, with the exception of the song "L'Italiano" everything else was previously released on albums or singles from 1978 to 1982. So, in a sense, this is a collection of the best songs, and the songs "L'Italiano" and "Soli" can rightfully be called the most popular songs of Toto Cutugno, and specifically - this disc was once in the library of almost every Soviet family.
