The catalogue number is: 523836-1. This is a limited, colored vinyl edition.
There is a light scratch on the back of the sleeve, as well as a small tear inside the gatefold. See photos.
Sides A and C have small black lines in the vinyl, but these are strictly visual and do not affect the sound at all (I tested it).
