Cover No split seams, some minor signs of wear like faint ring wear or little seam wear. The shipping costs are based on rates required by Canada Post. As the surface mail brings too much troubles for the buyer and the seller, the USA and International shippings are now only offered by air. For several reasons (often absent from home, difficulties with previous pick-up arrangements, etc...) for now on, I don't accept pick-up arrangement. No exception.
