good condition from 1949
sleeve is good, slight split on the bottom where the record hits when in the sleeve, and a few tiny tears at the top of the sleeve. It does not take away from the sleeve itself. It is dated 1949 in the bottom left hand corner of the sleeve. Record does not seem to have any scratches, but see pictures and make that decision for yourself.
