True "Knucklehead
defiance from the dudes at New Alliance" as the label slogan states in
their advertising. Many moons ago there was this thing called DIY. Maybe
you remember it but nobody does it anymore. Can't get a deal?
Start your own Record Label!!! That's exactly what Mike and D. Boon of
The Minutemen did. In the course of this mad adventure there were some
amazing bands put to wax and a couple compilations of some soon-to-be
celebs mixed in with some long-to-remain super talented unknowns.
Everyone sent in cassette tapes for evaluation and eccentricity. After
scouring hundreds of submissions this Mighty Feeble Compilation brought
the fruit of many hours of labor and sweat-drenched toil. I'm going to
leave it up to you to discover who's on this fine example of a period
frozen in time. It's right there on the jacket if you want to know. I
have 10 copies of this record that are sealed brand new old stock from
1983. This truly is an incredible listen. A travelogue of sorts from
deep in the minds and bedrooms of the brains and hands of solo artists
and one-time conglomerates. If you like it personal and can dig a true
escapade in Lo-Fi, jump on this tip. If not just for the track by The
Kamikaze Refrigerators you are sure to be amazed and even manage to
drive away a few unwanted "friends" who suck. This is a limited time
offer of $20.00 out the door with Free Shipping. Come on! I gotta make
something...eSlut takes a piece of the action as well but it will be
your sole responsibility to riot in the streets to protest the "Taxation
Without Representation" that is mechanically collected as you toss your
hard earned cash at this gem. Throw your elected official over the
railing and into the deep! Fight the good fight and start by buying this
fine pancake of etched plastic. The back cover artwork was done by none
other than yours truly and one Mr. Watt. Both of us in a somewhat
altered state. The front was executed in yarn and sequins by the Mighty
and never Feeble Martin Tambourovich (R.I.P.) Who penned the lyrics for
the Minutemen's "Martin's Story." I'll shut up now and wait to hear from
you. Please ask any and all questions before bidding. All records are
Sold As-IS with No Returns but you'd be a fool if you wanted to. I have
over 1200 Positive Feedback Comments and I don't mess around when it
comes to making someone happy who sends me money. Free Shipping and
Packed with utmost care for your enjoyment. Cheers and please, no just
do it! Wear a mask ffs!!! *..................Shipping is $5.00...........................*
