** New and Sealed but there is a hair stuck inside the plastic, as in photos.  I guess you can call this a manufacturer's flaw, but the hair looks like it can be coaxed out of the packaging.  With some patience and time, you can slowly move the hair until it reaches the corner where the plastic is torn.  Once there, you can use a tweezer to pull the hair out.  Also, there is a "sample mark" over the barcode, and in this case it's a deep scratch that removed a fair amount of cardboard, as in photos.  The do this so that people can sell them when they get them for free.
