Please read the fine print before bidding:
Please Note: If an item is listed with Free Shipping, this applies to USA Addresses Only where I can ship without surcharges.
Some states now require buyers to pay sales tax on online purchases. If you live in one of those states, eBay will add the appropriate amount to your purchase price. That money does not come to me. eBay retains it and pays it directly to your state revenue department.
We do international shipping through eBay's Global Shipping Program
If you ordered an item by mistake or have decided it is not really what you wanted, we will accept returns provided the item is returned within 30 days in the same condition you received it. The buyer pays return postage. We will refund the item purchase price upon receipt of the item. Items sold "For Parts or Repair Only", "As Is Condition" or "Not Working" are not returnable for any reason.
We always try to give an honest evaluation of the condition of an item, but some times we may miss something. If you find a problem with your purchase, please, let us know so we can solve it.
Prompt Payment for your purchases is always appreciated. If you want an invoice for your purchase, let us know and we will send one. In any event, payment is expected within 3 days.
International Buyers - Please Note
We do not mark merchandise values below the purchase price or as a gift. The US and International and regulations prohibit such actions. We will make international sales and shipments only to a PayPal CONFIRMED address. If you have a question PLEASE do not wait until the last couple of hours before an auction ends to send me an email with questions about an item. I probably will not see it in time to get you an answer. I do not sit at the computer watching while my auctions end.
I do not ship by FedEx Ground to either Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
I understand everyone is concern about the high cost of shipping. USPS, UPS, and FedEx have all raised their rates. USPS raised their rates again in January. In addition UPS and FedEx have eliminated the discount for small volume shippers. I do not make money on shipping charges. I charge what it costs me to ship. Normally, I do not charge for packaging materials. If a fragile item requires an unusually large amount of bubble wrap or other protective materials I will make a small handling charge. Fragile or expensive items will be insured which is included in the shipping cost.
Payment by PayPal within 3 days is expected. We can accept credit cards through only PayPal. Local pick-up is available. For local pick-up, contact me BEFORE bidding to make arrangements. Payment terms are different for pick-up items. You may be charged Sales Tax on your purchase depending upon the regulations of the state in which you live. The sales tax funds go directly to eBay who then sends the funds to the Revenue Department of your state. I do not receive any of that money and have no control over it.
If you pay with an eCheck, PayPal recommends waiting for your eCheck to clear your bank before shipping. This may take 5 to 7 days.
