This is for "Out of Step," by Minor Threat released in 1983 on Dischord Records and is Dischord 10. This has the blue banner at the top with a printed $3.50 price. No UPC. This has the original lyric insert which is almost always missing (and it is in nice, clean shape, too!). Vinyl shows some minor scuffing/signs of use. No scratching (nothing that you can feel). Jacket has some stress marks to edges along with edge and corner wear. White has light toning, and there is what appears to be a very light stain mark at the "OUT OF STEP" on front cover in lower right area. Light stress crease a bit above the title (mostly viewable when held at an angle). There is a piece of tape at the jacket opening at about the middle on both the front and back side (see pics). Light ringwear.
