Item: "Heaven and Hell" vinyl record / album, by Black Sabbath. From 1980.

Condition: There's assorted wear and tear along all the edges and corners of the cardboard outer sleeve. You can see the outline of the record through the cardboard, where it is a bit rubbed (visible in photos). 
The record itself seems to be in good condition, without any significant scratching or damages, though I do not have a record player available to test.
