So, if you love Tom T. Hall, you're in luck! We have 3 (yes, count them) volumes of his greatest hits.
Tom T. Hall's Greatest Hits - Mercury (SR61369) - Released in 1973, Hall won the Grammy Award for Best Album Notes for the notes he wrote for the back of his album. If you haven't read it, it is pretty good! The album cover is in really good condition. Maybe a little bumping on the corners. The sleeve is definitely the generic what used to be white, but is now browned with age and rounded corners.
The record is in good condition with the exception of two itty bitty scratches on side two in close proximity to each other.
Tom T. Halls Greatest Hits Vol. 2 - Mercury (SRM-1-1044) - Released in 1976 he was nominated for, but did not win, the same Grammy Award for Best Album Notes titled "My Garbage" The album cover is really in very good condition, just one corner is a little bumped. The sleeve is the same as above entry. The record looks great with no visible scratches.
Greatest Hits Tom T. Hall Volume III - Mercury (SRM-1-5008) - Released in 1977 he did not write any album notes for this release!! Guess he figured it wasn't worth the hassle after not winning the Grammy on the previous one. The album cover looks really good, with a couple of bumped corners, but otherwise nice and clean. The sleeve is a Mercury presents (and I quote here) "Quality and Diverse Music" with B/W photos of various albums they had released including Frank Zappa, The Statler Brothers, Rod Stewart, and Chuck Mangione to list 4 of the artists I've ever heard of out of the numerous shown. The record is in excellent condition with no visible scratches.
Tom T. Hall: In Search of a Song - Mercury (ML-8013) - Released in 1971 it became a number eight top country album and the opening track, "The Year That Clayton Delaney Died" became a number one country single.
The album cover looks in good condition, and the sleeve is the plain jane white (browned with age) sleeve with squared corners. The record looks great, with no visible scratching.
Tom T. Hall: I Wrote a Song About It - Mercury (SRM-1-1033) - Released in 1975 its considered one of his noteworthy albums containing the major hit "Deal" and the amusing "I Like Beer."
The album cover is in great condition EXCEPT, the top right corner is cut off it. They did a good job, but still, it's gone (check out pic). The sleeve is a Mercury one, but it has alot of info on it, from the artists that Mercury has in various categories (Rock, Jazz, Country, Pop, Soul) on one side, and the other side has a long diatribe called "For the Record". Oh, and the corner is cut off of it also, but it didn't interfere with anything written on the sleeve. The record is in great condition with no visible scratches.
Tom T. Tall: For the People in the Last Hard Town - Mercury (SRM-1-687) - Released in November 1973, the song "I Love" was released as the only single from this album and was Hall's most successful single and his fourth number one on the US country singles chart, spending two weeks at the top and a total of 15 weeks on the chart. The Album cover is in good condition although once again, on this cover, the bottom right corner is cut off (see pic), and once again, nicely, but still, it's gone, as well as the accompanying corner of the sleeve.  The sleeve is a Mercury Records sleeve with 30 small black and white photos of albums released by other Mercury artists considered "The Leader in Fine Country Music" - that like came from the sleeve.
Tom T. Hall: Everything From Jesus to Jack Daniels - Mercury  - Released in 1983. I can't find much else on this album. The album cover is in ok condition, it does have a bent top right corner, and it is stamped on the back as a promotional copy (see pic). The sleeve is a plastic sleeve. Why they use these on albums where they can get hot and mess with the record is beyond me. The record itself is looks in really good condition with no scratches.
Tom T. Hall: New Train - Same Rider - RCA (APL1-2622) - Released in 1978. The album cover is good with bumped corners, and the sleeve is the basic white aged to brown. The record itself looks good with no visible scratching.
Tom T. Hall: Ol' T's In Town - RCA (AHL1-3495) - Released in 1979. The Album cover looks good with some bumped corners. The sleeve is the basic aged white sleeve. The record looks good on A side, but B side appears to have light long scratch across it.
And that is the end of this listing (finally!). Remember this is shipped media mail, but USPS is being really slow about that these days, so if you need it in a hurry you need to let us know and pay the extra and we'll ship it quicker for you. Happy bidding....
