Thanks for viewing my sale for an original New Old Store Stock (NOS) vinyl record album, imported from England in the late ‘70s / this their 1st album, featured breakthrough hits “Remember (Sha la la la)”, "Shang-a-lang”, and the worldwide mega-hit “Saturday Night” (No.1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 Chart / this album release led to their fans becoming known as the Tartan Horde, with their completely distinctive style of dress, the main elements of which were calf-length tartan trousers and tartan scarves 

CONDITION: Unplayed New Old Stock (NOS) 33⅓ rpm vinyl record in BRAND NEW condition; shrink-wrapped album cover is also in NEW condition / note tiny hole punch in cover, which signifies an overstock item /  for best view, please supersize photo of a representative copy at the very top of this webpage and examine all 3 pictures carefully for condition / see photo for song titles

BCR were "the first of many acts heralded as the 'biggest group since the Beatles' and one of the most screamed-at teeny-bopper acts of the 1970s". For a relatively brief but fervent period (nicknamed "Rollermania"), they were worldwide teen idols and by 1975 they were one of the best selling British bands. The group's line-up featured numerous changes over the years, but the classic line-up during its heyday included guitarists Eric Faulkner and Stuart John Wood (Woody), singer Les McKeown, bassist Alan Longmuir, and drummer Derek Longmuir. Released on Bell Records, which shortly thereafter became Clive Davis’s Arista Records.
