Cover is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition. Typical edge and ring wear and a small seam split on the top edge that runs about 3 inches from the opening (see pics). Does not include the booklet/insert.
Vinyl is in Very Good Plus (VG+) condition if not better. Nice original shine with minimal surface scuffs (see pics).
