This is a copy of the LP Suburban Lawns by Suburban Lawns, promo US issue from 1981 on I.R.S. Records IRS SP70024.
The matrices are AM - IR - SP 070024 - A P2 and AM - IR - SP 070024 - B P1
The vinyl is in Excellent condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are spotless with no writing, spindle lines, stickers, stains or scuffs.
The cover is in Very Good condition. There are no tears, stickers, shelf wear, scuffs, ring wear, stains, tape, splits or writing. There is some damage to the front of the cover from a hard plastic sleeve that stuck to it. It's best to compare the photo in this listing with a photo of an undamaged one. The spine is perfectly readable and the cardboard feels crisp and fresh. There is a gold "Demonstration Not For Sale " stamp on the back. NO press kit.
The printed inner just has a few faint handling creases.
