Record has been unsealed but it has never been played. Practically brand new. But there is a small dent on the sleeve (see photo), and one record has some black spots (almost smudges) on it (see photo). When I bought and opened the record, I saw these black smudges and just forgot to follow up with the retailer. They might easily come off, but I didn't want to mess with it. No scratches whatsoever.
