The Album Cover is in EXCELLENT- condition showing one bent corner, light ring/shelf wear and a scratch front center left (the shadows in my photos make it look WAY worse than it is. See photo #7, #8 and #9. Use the magnifier). Two breather holes front bottom center left and right (photo #3). Not a cut out. MINT = LP and Inserts are New and/or Sealed.
NEAR MINT = LP and Inserts are not sealed, LP most likely has been played but looks ‘like new’. An Insert shows no signs of use/handling. 
EXCELLENT = LP shows minor signs of use that may include a few light, shallow scratches and/or markings. A Cover may show minor bending/denting/creasing from removal/use.
VERY GOOD = LP shows multiple light scratches and/or markings. A Cover may show a combination of bends, dents, creases and/or cut outs.
GOOD = LP is heavily scratched and/or marked. A Cover may show a combination of multiple bends, dents, creases, moisture contact and/or cut outs.
