First Christmas Record For Children
First Pressing from Canada on Harmony Records / 1965
Catalogue Number = HL 9554
First LP pressing from Canada on Harmony from 1965. Later pressings were issued on Capitol. Although this was reissued on CD, the CD issue omitted one of the best tracks on the album by Red Skelton titled "The Little Christmas Tree". I suspect that this was a copyright issue but not sure. Vinyl has been play tested and as expected for an album of this age it does have some light surface noise in the background but no loud pops or skips.
Use Shipping Calculator to determine fees to your location. Tracking is available on Expedited or Tracked Packet mail only.
All vinyl records are mailed in
professional cardboard mailers for better protection. With the exception of new/sealed LP's, I include a protective Poly sleeve (at no cost to the buyer). Buyer is paying exact
shipping rate via Canada Post based on size and weight of parcel. I do not charge for handling (travel and materials).
The rates are directly linked to the Canada Post website. I ship items
within 24 hours of confirmed payment excluding stat holidays (when the post
office is closed). During the pandemic I am now using tracked package shipping for vinyl which is a little more expensive than previous rates. Sadly, this change had to be made due to an increase in buyers stating that they had not received their packages.
I do offer combined shipping for multiple items. Please ask in advance for rates to your location. Then place items in your cart. At checkout you can request an invoice to obtain combined shipping rates.
**Canadian Buyers - I can ship up to 3 LP's for the same price as 1 LP within Canada - Add items to cart before purchase and then request a total - Great value To obtain this combined shipping rate, place your items in your "cart" and proceed to "checkout" where you can request an invoice**
***Due to the current pandemic, Canada Post is not shipping to all countries worldwide. If your country is not showing up when calculating shipping it's because I cannot ship to that location at this time. This is fluid and updated regularly. Please note that delivery times have also been impacted. While all packages have been arriving safely, in many cases the arrival date has been slower than normal***

About LP Grading
M (Mint): Perfect condition with no audible or visible defects whatsoever. The record and cover/sleeve should be exactly as brand new. Most mint albums are sealed or possibly played once only.
NM (near mint): Almost mint but has one or two minor visible marks on the cover/sleeve or surface with sound quality remaining perfect.
EX (Excellent): Not quite perfect. There may a slight chance of minor deterioration in sound quality. The cover/sleeve may show slight wear.
VG (Very Good): The surface and cover/sleeve shows visible signs of wear (ring wear from age) due to the fact that it has been played on a regular basis. There will be some audible surface noise but it will not effect the listening experience.
G (Good): The sound quality has deteriorated due to having been played
often. The cover/sleeve and surface will show considerable signs of wear and
tear with some possible damage.I rarely list items in this condition unless they are rare desirable titles.
